Founded by a group of passionate trekkers and heritage enthusiasts, ChalteFirte is India’s first trekking brand dedicated exclusively to fort tourism — combining thrilling adventures with rich historical storytelling.
From the majestic Sahyadri ranges in Maharashtra to the glorious peaks of Rajasthan and the Himalayan frontier, our treks take you on a journey through India’s timeless legacy. These forts — built by the Marathas, Rajputs, Mughals, and other dynasties — are more than stone structures. They are silent witnesses to courage, strategy, devotion, and betrayal. They echo the footsteps of kings, rebels, and saints.

Founded in 2024 in Pune, ChalteFirte started with just weekend treks to nearby forts like Sinhagad and Rajgad. What began as a passion project quickly turned into a movement as trekkers of all ages connected with our mission.
